When science and supernatural meet – it’s a
destiny you never predicted.
When
skeptical Amber Thomas is dragged into Madame Pungenti’s
tent on the end of Blackpool pier, little does she realize
she is about to be catapulted into a psychic adventure that
will change her life. Inspired by the clairvoyant and on a
dare from her best mate, Amber decides to give up her job
selling cleaning services to set herself up as a fake
psychic in London.
Armed
with a skeptical attitude and sharp wit, she embarks on an
exploration of the tarot and uses her new-found skills to
impress sexy Harvey, the creative genius at ‘House of
Innovation’s’ gadgetry hothouse. Harvey’s heated toilet
seat, retractable high-heels, and other brilliant inventions
are only the beginnings of his charms as far as Amber is
concerned.
Unfortunately, as she begins to get more embroiled in
predicting the future for clients and drawn into the
outrageous but intriguing occult realm of the local mystic
shop, The Rowan Tree, Amber finds her psychic adventure
spiraling out of control. As she grapples with logic and the
supernatural and tries to use both to capture her sexy
scientist Harvey, Amber finds herself in more trouble than
she ever thought possible.
